Pam joined us two years ago at Sunday Morning Wake Up! …
- Pam joined us two years ago at Sunday Morning Wake Up! because she recognised that she wasn’t doing anything much to help her fitness and classified herself as a ‘couch potato’.
- Since those first few sessions she’s now a regular, consistent camper doing 4-5 sessions a week and misses it when she has to skip a day.
- She has more energy, is stronger and knows she is healthier. Couch potato no more, that’s our Pam!
