Do you know what your Metabolic Age is?

According to the Tanita website

"This is calculated by comparing your basal metabolic rate (BMR) to the BMR average of your chronological age group. If your metabolic age is higher than your actual age, it's an indication that you need to improve your metabolic rate."

So it's worth knowing.

Over the last five weeks my Metabolic Balance client has improved her score by 9 years.

Not bad eh?

She's feeling pretty chipper about it too!

FastTrack Fit Camp

What type of person is a Fit Camper?

One of the best places to see this for yourself is at our Sunday Wake Up! sessions at Bearwood Recreation Ground in Winnersh every Sunday at 9am.

It's a pay-as-you-go session bringing in our regular members; campers who can currently not commit to Fit Camp for some reason; to those who like to drop in when they have the time.

It's like a slice of community right there.

From Duncan who's been with Fit Camp since day 1. To Pam, who was a self-confessed couch potato and is now an avid Fit Camper and trail runner. We see Anuj who attends every Sunday and we've even got him to enjoy a ParkRun.
The Yateley posse who come en masse (very environmentally friendly) and have their own WhatsApp group for fitness motivation.
Sue, Julie and Sally all regular members who pop in when they can and Malcolm who is normally a Henley camper coming for a weekend top up.

For me it's the start of the week. It's a social, friendly but effective way to start your day before most people have even got up.

It's been running 8 years and continues to be our most well attended session.
