Where We Do It

COVID-19 changes to our timetable and locations

With the current National Lockdown (5 January 2021) will remain on Zoom for now. we look forward to returning to outside sessions when we’re able.

This means that wherever you are in the world you can join us for a virtual exercise session each day.

All sessions last 45 minutes and require no equipment.

All you need is some space, a mat and some water. Run the zoom session off your WiFi and you’re good to go!

All our venues and session times are all listed below. 

The sessions run every week on the days shown – including bank holidays. 

We break on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Other sessions may be affected around those times. We publish a full schedule in advance on here and on social media.
