Vicki Judd

When I worked in PR and journalism I longed for the day that my job didn’t feel like a chore, and the day when I didn’t dread a Sunday evening.

Fast forward many years and I have to pinch myself as I’m doing a job that I absolutely love and it honestly doesn’t feel like work at all.

I’ve always had an interest in health and fitness, used to love playing netball (and would still play if I had a spare evening) and still love to run and take part in OCRs (Obstacle Course Races).

I ditched my day job when I was on maternity leave and my youngest son was just 4 months old. The opportunity came up to join Heidi at FastTrack Fit Camp and, with two boys under two years old, I wasn’t getting much sleep anyway, so I signed up to instruct early risers.

Baby boot camp came next, and I absolutely love working alongside the new mums and their babies, helping them feel like themselves again. The progress the mums make in such a small amount of time, the dedication and motivation they have on very little sleep never ceases to amaze me and they all inspire me and each other.

You’ll also see me at Twyford and Henley, as well as covering other venues, and I absolutely love working with each and every Fit Camp member. Everyone has a story to tell, and I have witnessed so many journeys in my two years with FastTrack Fit Camp.

I’m really passionate about helping people, and truly believe in everything Fit Camp offers as I have seen so many clients achieve such wonderful results.

When I’m not working for Heidi I have my own personal training clients, work as a running instructor for Karen and also work with other post natal mums. My two boys, Charlie (3.5) and Rory (2) fill the rest of my time.
