FastTrack Fit Camp is cheaper than a personal trainer, more enjoyable and you have expert nutrition advice on hand if you want it.
All you need to get started are a pair of trainers, some loose-fitting clothes, a mat or old towel, a bottle of water and some old gloves.
You come to the camp of your choice as many times as you like during the month. We recommend three times a week as a minimum because we know that gets the best results.
Each session is 45 minutes long and you’ll never know what comes next. The sessions are varied and enjoyable. You’ll never do long runs with us – they just don’t work when you’re maximising fat loss and building fitness.
