Happiest Year Yet 2021 | Building Resilience - Lessons from Lockdown
If you’ve followed FastTrack Fit Camp for a while you’ll know that we run an annual event every New Year to take time to focus on our plans for the year ahead.
If you attended our Happiest Year Yet event in January this year you could be mistaken for thinking that our 2020 was misnamed!
That it got swept under the carpet amongst the doom and gloom of lockdown, quarantine, restrictions and social distancing.
The long term impact of 2020 is going to take some time to show, but what we can say is that it’s had a huge impact on the mental well-being for many as they’ve had to quickly adjust to new living and working environments as well as manage the ever changing national restrictions.
However, what it has gifted us is a number of lessons and experiences that have shown us not only what we can do without – but also what we need.
Who we can do without – and who we need.
And just quite how important some parts of our lives are, which we had no idea about, until they are taken away from us.
Join Heidi for this 2 hour online event where –
- you’ll identify what the advantages of 2020 have been for you.
- you’ll discover what your basic daily needs are to function and survive.
- you’ll find where you have strengths so you can pull on them in future.
- you’ll create a strategy which will help you be resilient in the face of future adversity.
The event will be online via Zoom and will take on a workshop style so that you not only discover the benefits to you from lockdown but also have a plan for how to be more resilient and balanced in 2021.
