It’s been a week or two since I was last here letting you know of the big changes at FastTrack Fit Camp. Thank you for the messages and emails — you’ve been very kind.
I know that FastTrack Fit Camp’s 12 years has touched many and I am proud of how I’ve made little ripples into many of your lives with changes that roll out to your wider family and network.
However many of the comments I’ve received have referred to how ‘brave‘ I’ve been in making this decision.
In fact I’ve heard it a lot over the last 18 months in my personal and professional life and yet I feel anything but brave.
I’ve only ever done any of these things because it feels right.
I’ve felt drawn to them and felt compelled to act on it.
I knew that if I didn’t I would have made myself ill at the resistance to it. So I don’t see that as brave. It’s a necessity for my personal well-being.
It’s also taken me a long time to get to this place with Fit Camp as I couldn’t see a happy way out for me and the campers before. Now that I have Kelly and Wayne to hand things over to it feels a much easier process.
And that’s when I know things are right. They flow, they’re easy to arrange and there’s little resistance.
I also want to comfort you too in the knowledge that you don’t know what I’ve not done out of fear! The things I haven’t done, not completed and cried about because I’ve not committed or succeeded. The non-brave side of me.
However when I look back at these things it’s because that feeling wasn’t in me to go out and grab it.
It wasn’t right.
So this week I leave you with the thought to look at the big decisions you’ve made in your life and ask yourself how you knew to make them.
- Did you viscerally feel it?
- Intuitively know it?
- Blindly go for it?
So that next time something comes up and you can consider the same strategy and let it happen one way or the other.
In FastTrack Fit Camp news we’re into our last fortnight.
Here’s a few bits for you to consider…
- Sign up with The Power Plant to get more details about the new Fit Camp timetable and their existing classes including Fight!, Lift! and Stretch.
- Join me on Sunday 25th Sunday at 9am at Bearwood Recreation Ground, Winnersh for my last Sunday sesh! A fun, energising workout followed by ice-cream on me from Rossi’s soft ice cream van! I really hope you can make it. If you can book via TeamUp I’d be grateful so I have an idea of numbers. I will be running that session on Zoom too (no virtual ice cream unfortunately).
- I will be continuing with my newsletters, Weekenders, Metabolic Balance and mobile massage and if you want to stay in touch please either message email@example.com or complete this box.
