Friday with Heidi: (and maybe Saturday too…)
Good morning to you!
I’ve started to see a theme with me and the FastTrack Fit Camp community when it comes to raising money for charity … long stretches of time!
Back in 2018 several of us completed the National Three Peaks Challenge. I found myself awake for about 36 hours that weekend, that was quite epic…
Last June we walked the Jurassic Coastal Challenge in under 25 hours. A 100km walk along hills, beaches, shingle and paths. It was arduous but satisfying and I only really have fond memories of it!
This year, TODAY in fact, we are starting our first 24 Hour (Virtual) Fit Camp.
24 x 45 minute sessions starting on the hour, every hour until 7pm on Saturday.
It’s all for Prostate Cancer UK and I am delighted that we have already beaten the fundraising total of £800 that I’d set for us.
I’ve invited several Fitness Instructor friends along to run their sessions over Zoom and I am really looking forward to joining in when I can with some classes that I’ve not done for a long time, or indeed before.

I’ve got a supply of coffee. Some Nak’d bars, bananas and nuts to keep me going through the night. I am expecting to stay awake for all the duration — I wonder if anyone else will?!
