Friday with Heidi: Love life outside…
It’s not entirely surprising that we attract people to FastTrack Fit Camp who love to spend their lives outside.
I’m an outside junkie. I just love to just be outside. I guess it leaks out sometimes in how I talk about what we do 🙂
Whether it’s a coffee on my bench in the garden, or a walk to view a sunrise in the morning or being at a Fit Camp session – being outside is about the third or fourth thing I need to do each day after having a wee, taking my tablets and getting dressed. Without it I get twitchy.
If you’ve never tried outdoor fitness before this is the best time of year to get involved. You never know you might just like it too!
The weather this week has been balmy and breezy. The ground dry, the nights and mornings light and the desire to be outside high.
Why not try us out this Bank Holiday Weekend when we have three pay-as-you-go sessions to get stuck into.
- Friday at Emmbrook Infant School 18:00 – 18:45
- Sunday at Bearwood Recreation Ground, Winnersh 09:00 – 09:45
- Monday at Bearwood Recreation Ground, Winnersh 09:30-10:15
All sessions £8 per person and you can just turn up. Please bring a mat or something to lie on and some water with you. We’d love to see you.
I want to take the time to thank those of you who took the time to vote for us in the Muddy Stiletto awards this week. We were runners up (third year running!) and I am delighted that we were able to make the final five. Thank you again.
Short and sweet this week.
Enjoy your long weekend and here’s a recipe I thought you’d enjoy for the weekend.
