Session 7: Antarctic Workouts
In the past few weeks, my blogs have touched upon the workouts, the banter, the emails and the advice given. One thing I had underestimated is the power of outdoor fitness and working out, outside.
I spend most of my weekdays in an office, staring out the window, daydreaming of mostly anything then what I should actually be doing.
So starting some of my workdays with a workout outside, is an invigorating experience. Even when it was in Antarctic temperatures.
Roll on springtime, so the Early Risers don’t have to wear 4 – 7 layers of clothing. We can get our vests on and guns out!
