So here we are, I’m facing the second week of this 6 Week Feel Good programme, with FastTrack Fit Camp.
This is normally the time many people pull out their magical book of excuses.
“The dog chewed my trainers”
“It’s cold” (but it is mid-March and we’re in England)
The point I’m trying to make here is that crazy life schedules sprinkled with a little bit of laziness, can hold us back from continuing exercise programmes.
It’s important to exercise regularly as it boosts your confidence, energy levels, productivity… And it just makes you feel good!
This week I joined the Early Risers on a windy Wednesday morning, where Karen – the ever professional instructor- blew us all away with a ‘Storm Freya‘ work out. This tested our stamina as the length of time for each exercise increased to match the winds running across Wokingham.
The finisher for today definitely ignited some competitiveness amongst the hardened Woky Early Risers.
This week I will be joining the Twyford gang to see what they get up to on a Thursday evening.
Over and out for now.
