Friday with Heidi: Stuff…
How much time do you spend thinking about the same stuff over and again?
Stuff that either you need to do?
Or stuff that you want to do?
Or stuff that makes you feel guilty?
Or stuff that stops you living in the moment?
Or stuff you wish you had? Or didn’t have?
I see brain stuff as the equivalent of piles of paper and clutter. It stops the flow, it stops us being able to move through life easily.
Every time you have a thought about going for a run say, you spend time and energy not running, but thinking about it. Why it’s good to run, why it’s bad, why you’re tired, what you can eat, what will others think, you don’t have time, you ran yesterday, you can’t run anyway perhaps a yoga class instead…
It takes more time to think about running that actually getting ready and running.
Have you considered how much time you’ve lost from overthinking the same old conversations?
I’m here to give you a little bit of a kindly kick with my fluffy socks…
Do it now!
If you’ve been thinking stuff about getting fit, do it now.
If you’ve been thinking stuff about changing shape, do it now.
If you’ve wanted to change your health with improved food habits, do it now.
Don’t wait another day. Every day you don’t do it is a day lost. Another day of processing the same old stuff.
This week I am asking you to take action.
If you read this each week and wondered what it would be like to be a FastTrack Fit Camper – call me 07968 774804.
If you watch our Facebook page and want to know how to feel healthier – call me or you could text 07968 774804.
And if you want to start September all excited about the possibility of a new term, new routine and new healthy outlook – call, text or you could Wassap me 07968 774804.
Time passes very quickly. Don’t go through another day or week wishing that something as different. Let us help you to get what you’re after.
In September we have a lot going on but the first bit of exciting news is that we are coming to Caversham and Henley with new camps, locations and times.
We’re launching in Caversham on Tuesday 11 September at 09.30 at Caversham Heath Golf Club, all are welcome to the launch day. It would be great to see you. Information can be found here: https://caversham-launch.eventbrite.co.uk
From Monday 17 September we’re starting a new day session in Henley at Rupert House School. This will run from 08.30 at the school playing fields. Once again, if that’s in your area, please do come down for launch day! More information on this next week.
If these are your areas and you’ve been dealing with head stuff about exercise, here’s your chance!
On Tuesday 12 September I am running a seminar at Wokingham Cricket Club at 19.00. It’s called Four Steps to Feeling Fit, Strong & Happy where I’ll share with you what four things I believe you need to have in place to get the health results you want. I’ll be sharing tactics for you to use from the minute you leave and give you the opportunity to be part of our #1000WokyWomen project too. You can book here to secure a place: https://1000wokywomen.eventbrite.co.uk
Finally on Sunday 16 September we’re running our Camp & Cakes for Macmillan Nurses Charity event where we’ll be remembering the life of one of our previous campers who died this month with brain cancer and selling cakes to raise money for the charity too. More information about that is here: https://camp-and-cakes.eventbrite.co.uk
Yes it’s busy. Yes there’s a lot to do and yes I do have to walk the Three Peaks Challenge before all then in a week’s time! But I am going to make decisions quickly, not give way to my stuff and make sure that I have a very fabulous September just like I’d like you to have too.
See you next week 🙂
