This week I’ve been musing on the stages of life.
Our daughter has finished University and now has the challenges of life beyond education for the first time in 17 years.
Karen, one of our coaches, turned 40 this week and is already a little worried about what she can focus on when all the celebrations are over after the weekend. She’s been planning and achieving mini-goals over the past two years in preparation for this. ( I think she’ll go for Christmas, she likes a Christmas countdown!)
And one of my very loveliest of friends is getting married today. A union of two people who found each other much later in life having known each other for over 20 years. To say her life has changed is an understatement.
What stage of life are you at?

Accepting the highs and lows of life are normal. It’s not always easy, it’s not always fun. But you do always have complete choice in what you do and who you do it with.

Last week we welcomed back a client from four years ago who told me “… was looking at pics the other day of when I was in full fit camp flow and I looked good. I need to get back on it“.
This week I also spoke with a long term Fit Camp and new Metabolic Balance client who has a goal to get off of medication once and for all. This week she got one step closer.
And last Sunday I had an email from someone who wrote “You might remember a while back that I shared my current goal is to run 10k in under an hour – never achieved before. Well I wanted to share that I just did it!!!” I love emails like this!
