In Baby Bootcamp land we have a bunch of dedicated ladies coming back to camp after having their babies to get their pre-baby figures back (or better).
It’s all so very easy for them. Bring the baby, pop them on a mat and get exercising next to him. No extra creche fees, no worries if they cry and no outdoor sessions.
We have a graduate in Kate Chapman — she and William have been at camp since last June and she’s made brilliant progress.

Chest – down 8 inches
Waist – down 4.5 inches
Belly – down 7.5 inches
Hips – down 7 inches
Thigh – down 2.5 inches
Arm – down 2 inches
Weight – down 4 stone
BodyFat – reduced by 9.3% points
Visceral Fat – down 5 points.
