I’ve had the most amazing week.
Not only has the sky been this blue pretty much all week ( I am sure it was for you too). But since last Saturday I have been on a course in Birmingham (within a 5 minute walk of Cadbury World) that has been one of the most amazing weeks of my life so far.
Based on the work of Louise Hay I have spent the week with 38 other trainers in training to learn how to be a Heal Your Life (R) trainer — and this has meant that we have had to go through the training ourselves first.
What a ride!
Learning where limiting beliefs about ourselves are, working on how to see beyond them and listening to our body when it’s telling us something is wrong either with a pain, sickness or disease.
I’ve cried every day. And just when I think I am ‘done’ and that all the gumph has been shifted…nope, up pops another thing and more tears. All the while thought it’s been truly lovely and with such an atmosphere of kindness around it.
It’s the kind of thing you come to quietly pleased no one knows you, but you leave with these people knowing more about you and seeing you at your snotty, red eyed and puffy faced worse than those nearest and dearest to you!
I am looking forward to bringing it into the work I do at FastTrack . To establish new beliefs, to build healthy self esteem and help more people choose the life they really want for themselves beyond emotional boundaries and restrictions. Even the sky is not your limit!
I have a day and half to go and I a little sad to be leaving this haven of niceness. However I shall be bringing it back with me on Saturday and sprinkling it where ever I go from now on 🙂
Have a fantastic week.
