Friday with Heidi: Drawing a line…

I love skies
It could be a pitch black night full of stars, the moon, clear blue, wispy clouds or dramatic lines of clouds like it was this morning on my way to Henley camp.
Yes, I did stop and take a photo on the way to the camp 🙂 I am pretty much the only one around and it’s a lovely time of the day.
I like these clouds, there is a very definite line. A finish and then a start of something new and brighter. I like that.
I am about to embark on my own ‘something brighter’ — I am heading up to Birmingham tomorrow for a week to take part in a course that will take me away from home for 7 days. It’s a big commitment in time but I am really looking forward to what I am going to learn about me and how I can help more people through FastTrack Fit Camp.
We already help people find a way to change their lives for the happier and healthier and I want to enhance that to all aspects of their lives. Think of it as a type of life coaching. I’ll keep you posted with how I get on.
Two weeks ago I ran a ‘Do I Need to Go Gluten Free?‘ workshop. I dug into not only the digestive reasons for seeing how you get on without it, but also the emotional, hormonal, weight management and energy reasons for considering giving it a miss.
The discussions in the group about how they have improved their health by removing this one thing from their intake was huge. Removal of IBS, improved moods, reduced migraines, appetite management and reduced bloat and wind.
What’s fabulous about all of these is that when you get this right your life becomes easier, happier more enjoyable.
I do understand thought how this can impact planning a families meals. So I’ve decided to run a workshop on ‘How to feed your family gluten free without them knowing’.
It’s on Saturday 30 July at 10:00 – 13:-00 (Wokingham based venue to be confirmed).
I’ll be talking about the health benefits, doing food demonstrations and giving you the chance to try them out.
It’s £35 and spaces are limited to 20 people.
If you’ve ever wondered how people can get quick wins with inch loss, getting your food right is key. Going gluten free is a large part of this and I aim to show you how easy it is to do for you and your family.
I really hope to see you there.
Just think you could draw your own line and start something bright and new for you too.
