“I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my 6 weeks challenge.
For you to share with others I can say a lot about this wonderful scheme. It’s taught me how to look at food and appreciate the right intake of it. Since avoiding wheat and most dairy products I feel a lot lighter within myself. In fact to prove it I had a binge of carbohydrates last Sunday and boy did I feel the horrible “bloatiness” come back that I immediately knew what a difference it made not eating any form of bread!
I’ve given up on biscuits and cake too and honestly don’t feel the craving any more for anything “sweet” – I’ve snacked on Nake’d bars and even that not much only when I haven’t eaten anything and feel a slight peckish feeling.
I’ve made a habit of having regular breakfast / lunch and dinner – instead of using a plate I use cereal bowls so that in itself has cut down the portion sizes!
Best workout has been the Barn exercises – highly intense and as I do Yoga I only attended twice a week – and also feel an addiction developing for this kind of exercise.
I’ll give it a break for few weeks and continue with the eating plan/habit I’ve now cultivated.
