Testimonial: Becca’s 6 Week Feel Good Challenge feedback

I am a huge fan of FastTrack fit camp and all it stands for, I’m a regular on a Sunday morning and FastTrack also helped me feel super-toned and fabulous for my wedding in November. After the wedding, I didn’t exactly let myself go, but I did slip into thinking “well, I haven’t got a wedding dress to fit into…it’s my honeymoon, it’s Christmas…it’s Monday...” etc.
In March, I was struggling, and I desperately wanted to feel ‘normal’ again – not amazing, not super-toned, or any particular dress size, just more like myself. This coincided with Heidi launching the 6 Week Feel Good Challenge in April, so I thought that I had nothing to lose, and if it helped in any way, that couldn’t be a bad thing!
I went to Shepperlands, I didn’t really want to be there, I felt unfit, wobbly, and miserable. I ached for days after, I text a friend from the car park telling her that I didn’t want to go, but went anyway. I didn’t enjoy the first week, but by the third week, I felt like I was getting stronger, there were people I could natter to before it started and I enjoyed re-setting my eating again. I haven’t had any weights or measurements done, so I can’t tell you whether I have lost anything (although a skirt and a pair of jeans suggest that I might have!), but I do feel more normal and that’s what was key for me and the reason for signing up.
I couldn’t recommend this programme enough for anyone looking for a re-set, something to provide you with a supportive workout environment, great instructors who make you swear under your breath one minute and laugh the next, and a place to forget all your troubles for a couple of hours a week.
