Gluten Free Pancakes
These are dead simple and you don’t even need weighing scales.
Ingredients
- 1 cup/small mug of Doves Farm gluten free plain or self-raising flour
- 1 cup/small mug of almond or coconut milk
- 1 egg
- Butter for cooking
Method
- Beat together the ingredients until smooth.
- Cook in a hot, buttered frying pan like an ordinary pancake.
Makes about 4-5
