These are so easy and very moorish.
- Pumpkin seeds
- Tamari sauce
- Place pumpkin seeds in a dry frying pan and heat while mixing thoroughly until they start to pop a bit.
- Remove from heat and immediately sprinkle tamari over them (it will sizzle) while stirring to coat them all over.
- Pour into a bowl and allow to cool.
Great on salads or as a snack.
