Friday 20 February – Monday 23 February
No running done on any of these days.
Friday was out as I had a very long day and it was never part of the schedule. Was very hungry in the morning though after Thursday’s efforts.
Saturday was so tired after Friday (22 hour day) that it was not an option.
Sunday was a possibility and the morning was gorgeous and Sunday Fit Camp was awash with happy, fresh faced people! However by the evening it was cold and wet and I just wasn’t that interested in getting a run in to go out in that weather when I had other stuff to do.
Monday should have been a run day, but I set myself some goals for work and I wanted to make sure I achieved them before doing anything else. It was a bit of an internal chat, but resolved to go early Tuesday morning again so happy with that decision.
