Had not one, but two lovely testimonials at my network meeting today.

Here's one of them for now...made even more impressive by Julie bringing in a rucksack weighing 21KG - the weight she's lost since doing Metabolic Balance so people could actually carry what she's lost 🙂

Thank you Julie - you've really done a fabulous job and shown that a mum of young children, running her own business, with a husband who travels and who spends time away a week at a time herself, CAN make the health changes she wants.

FastTrack Fit Camp

As I head towards the end of 2019 I am thinking about what I've achieved this year.

I find this a really useful step in the process of working out what to do next.

To truly move on from where you are, you need to look at what you've done, how it went, where you were successful (celebrate that) and then think about what's next.

I've written that like it's a simple and normal process for me, and others, to do, and yet it really isn't. So many of us find it really easy to look at what's gone wrong, but less able to really see what went well.

We may be able to rattle off what we've done, but not really appreciate it.

We may be so wrapped up in the next thing, that we forget what we've just done (🙋‍♀️)

Or we just don't see that what we've achieved is important or special or worthy of note.

This year I encourage you to do it differently.

I am going to write down all that I've found achievement in (this will include wearing dresses more often 👗 and walking in the mornings!).

What have you done that you are pleased and proud of?

I AM going to celebrate these things I've written down! 🍷🥳

How can you celebrate your wins?

I AM going to use this as evidence for what to aim for next year. They will be my stepping stones. I have some big plans and I want to make sure I make progress towards them.

What is now possible for you because of these successes?

Why would I tell you and ask you all this?

Because I want you to be in this place of acceptance and realisation for what you've achieved so you can have your Happiest Year Yet in 2020.

Because I don't want you second guessing what was a success and what wasn't when you could be thinking about what you could achieve next year instead.

And because I know that in reality most successes are never accidents. They are a series of small, minute decisions day after day that ultimately get us where we want to go - so knowing where we want to go is important - as is taking the actions to get there.
