Our hugely successful 12 Week – Fit, Lean and Happy Programme – 2015 Lifestyle Opportunity!

I’m looking for 27 women that are looking to transform their bodies and not only look, but LOVE how they feel in 2015!

This 12 week programme will be very hands on with unique training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching to change habits; it’s designed to transform your body fast so you must fit the following criteria to apply:

Have a positive attitude
Looking to get into the best shape of your life and lose minimum of 20lbs of fat
Want to add lean, toned, and firm muscle quickly.
Live OR Work in Wokingham or Bracknell or Henley-on-Thames area.
Can dedicate 45 minutes a time and can commit 3-4 times a week to exercise at one of our venues in the wider Wokingham area.
Are willing to listen, apply our coaching to change your body and outlook on effective fitness, food and lifestyle (know-it-alls need not apply!)
Don’t mind getting your hands dirty and working hard!
Willing to invest at least £29.00 per week in themselves (23% off from the regular rate for early bird applications)
