Congratulations! We hope that you are enjoying your newborn.
We know how tough it can be to even think about exercise with a baby, let alone get to a class, arrange a babysitter and get your bum out the door to do something remotely energetic – and so we have come up with a solution specifically for mums like you.
A bring-your-baby to bootcamp where, if your baby is still static and not crawling can come with you whilst you work out with other mums in the same situation as you are.
If your baby cries you can deal with him, if she wants to watch you from a mat she can do that. We want to make it as easy for you to get to class as possible.
Our classes are a 6 week programme of two sessions a week. All sessions are inside (unlike our normal Fit Camp sessions which are outside) and run on Tuesday and Friday 11.00 – 11.45 at St Mary the Virgin Hall, Church Close, Winnersh RG41 5NA.

Your coach for these sessions is Vicki who has two very young boys of her own and knows only too well what getting back in shape with babies is like!
Alongside our super effective fat burning sessions you’ll get weekly meal plans, access to our active and informative Facebook Members page our manual and a tee-shirt.
Our goal is to get you feeling good about your body, your energy and fitness again. Please ensure that you have had your 6 week check before joining or 12 weeks for those of you who’ve had a Caesarian section.
