My Metabolic Balance® journey is now over 3 weeks in. I’m into Phase 3 and starting back to exercise again after the enforced time out for two weeks in the early stages.
I took my stats on Tuesday and have lost more fat, gained some muscle and seen a slight overall decrease in total body weight as my body gets leaner.
I am now in the healthy range in all aspects for weight for height, body fat percentage, body fat weight and BMI. Not bad at all for 3 weeks work. I’ll be continuing as I want to see my blood health markers improve over the next few months, but won’t be pushing for the weight loss now.
