I also love the atmosphere at camps (especially Swallowfield. They made me so welcome on my first session).”

“Also I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how much I’m enjoying Fit Camp.
I used to go to the gym and run on the treadmill for 40 mins and then started to think ‘what am I actually doing / gaining?’.
This gives me a full body workout that I couldn’t have achieved in the gym as it pushes me beyond what I often think is my limit! Also yoga and fit camp really complement each other in a way I never imagined – my Wednesday yoga helps me particularly with my general balance and planks at fit camp and fit camp has helped me to improve my sun salutations amongst other things!
My clothes fit better and I have more energy to run around after the kids!”
