FastTrack Fit Camp is delighted to present this one-off fit camp on Saturday 12th November at 8.15am at Henley Rugby Club. This camp is to celebrate our camp’s arrival in Henley on Thames, and to raise much needed funds for The Chiltern Centre.
At FastTrack, a non-residential fit camp we make those wobbly bits a thing of the past, as we cleverly combine our SMART eating plan with short but intense workouts. We never run, and we don’t do sit ups, but even so, our results are phenomenal. We guarantee that campers who follow our programme will lose a clothes size in 28 days. But really, that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
Campers feel better and look better once they’ve completed their first camp. They get a week off, then back to camp again for another 4-week cycle. And it’s not just looks we improve! We have campers who have beaten depression at camp – exercise is proven to help if you’re depressed. We have diabetic campers whose insulin dose has decreased as they feed their body properly – making healthy and clean food choices. We have helped recovering heart patients who have all been delighted by the improvement in their health and fitness. And then we have all those apparently healthy people who are amazed by how well they feel when they really start to take care of their body. How energy level increase and irritability decreases!
At FastTrack we really care about our campers. We believe that a healthy body can’t hold fat, and we encourage our SMART eating plan for everyone. You, your parents, your nan and your children. Everyone will benefit by removing the myriad of processed foods from their diet (yes, we know they taste good – but that’s the point, it’s the taste that’s addictive, your tongue might like it but deep down, your body doesn’t).
